my opinion for nows.. if something is "life changing" it demands a radical turn, shifting of mindset, revival and change in lifestyle...and since deemed that important ..that lifestyle will continue for the better.... being of service to others, with faith, love, hope and repentance.

.robogals is a non-for-profit organisation that contacts primary schools and high schools to educate kids esp. girls... to open their eyes and interests to the world of robots, science and engineering !
its quite awesome. sat in their AGM meeting today..and they are v. friendly pplz.
shall be interviewing them on SYN FM! shortly. bwhahha. my voice on radio again *fingers crossed* =P

SYN calling on budding young filmmakers

SYN's FReeZA Committee is hosting ReelSYN for the first time ever,
a short film festival that will support and provide an opportunity
for budding young film-makers to showcase their talent.

ReelSYN will be held in November/December this year and entries are
now open. SYN is looking for creative, current, topical, and original
material, produced within approximately the last 12 months.

Entries can be about any topic, and filmmakers are encouraged to
think outside the box. While the boundaries are broad, there are
a few guidelines. Entries must be no shorter than 1 minute or no
longer than 5 minutes in length, and must be made by a Victorian
filmmaker between the ages of 12 to 25.

As well as some great prizes to be announced the top 10 entries
will receive airplay on Channel 31 as part of a once off ReelSYN

and ah! where is frank in all this!! havent played in ages..and i remember the ONLY GOAL i've EVER SET IN MY LIFE.. was.. to sit grade 7 AMEB exam by the time i hit 30.
i have a decade.. but stilll... my theory is grade 2. and my playing is prolly 2.5.

to be honest i was never encouraged by my parents for that field..highly frowned upon and endured crazy hours adding to days adding to months of sterotypical asian authoritarian lectures and since i still havent transferred into it.. its a little too late ..and a little too competitive.. maybe that's even harder than neurosci career wise XD
